I bought my truck from Chris at Al Packer. I had a great experience. I worked out over the phone the out the door price and my trade amount I wanted for my old vehicle. The next day I test drove the truck and walked out with the new truck purchased in an hour. It was the best car-buying experience I have had in my forty six years of life. I highly recommend AlPacker Ford and Chris.

Awful customer service and Tracy the manager is a jerk and will hang up on you
Horrible customer service over the phone, guess the service manager had better things to do hung up on 2 times from 2 different people.
