Great experience from day one!! Fantastic people!
Very slow gor an oil change. I had made an appointment was 15 minutes early. I'd still had to sit there. An additional two and a half hours for a tire rotation oil change in point.Inspections. I was all checked out with my bill and the mechanic still hadn't put my new oil filter on. I just couldn't extend my lunch any longer. Not sure why there was such a leg in service. Recommend you drop off.Find transportation back to work.And then hopefully their courtesy car can come pick you up.I have no idea if that was an option.
Chris Lynch was great to work with. He checked into everything I asked about. And he came through for us on the brake calipers. We have been using Al Packer for several years now and we couldn’t be happier.
