So I walked in and wasn't greeted nor did anyone speak to me ro offer me a seat or tell me how long. Also it was very hot, no air conditioning and I just couldn't imagine sitting there sweating while trying to relax while getting my nails done. We pay a lot of money for this and you would think they would make you comfortable since it is like 60 or more an hour. I can't comment on the quality of nails because I couldn't get that far lol
I get refill and design lan never disappoints.
