They didn’t even deserve one star they are scamming people on the name of kitty , you give money every month and buy something a year later but when we reached there the whole store is empty no jewelry on display instead asking for choosing design in pic and still not delivered it over a month and last but not least they will charge you overpriced bcz your money is stuck there. Also they will charge you price for 24 karat on 22 karat jewelry plus making
This was by far the worst experience we have ever had with a jeweler. About three years ago, we gave them a gold set from the 1960s for polishing and restringing. The gold was of extremely high purity due to its age and original craftsmanship. We were never contacted regarding the work until the day we went to pick it up, only to be told that someone had allegedly snatched it outside their shop.
