They dont know what a dry Italian Beef is. any single place i have called to get a dry beef, they drain the beef so the bread is not soggy. we ordered dry and they sent us ice cold beef subs basically. will never order here again
Edit: the owners personally called me to apologize and determine who the girl was that treated me that way so it could be dealt with. VERY nice people! will absolutely give them another chance! rude staff! this woman literally rolled her eyes at me because i asked for the order to be delivered to the inside office of the factory instead of waiting in the parking lot hoping someone would come out. We LOVE Al and Ledas. Best food and service in the entire area. I just wish we had found out sooner. We wasted years going to another local place and dealing with horrible, rude service there. Try Al and Leda's, you will love it.

ordered for delivery. lady was rude, hung up on me twice. 50 worth o.j f pizza cancelled. this is the second time had to wait over an hour and half first time, was over an hour and before they hung up on me
