Bill from Al Lawrence responded to my call for information the same day and came out to provide an estimate to replace our 50 year old gas hot water heater. The estimate was over $1,000 below 2 other estimates we received. 2 weeks later heater was delivered and installed the next day. Bill also answered a few questions regarding maintenance and operation. The heater was perfect for our home and provided us with a warm cozy and reliable way to keep our 90 year old home comfortable. We've had this company service our 82 year old oil heater for 20 years. They have always been very frendly, professional, hard workers and clean. They never tried to sell me a new system, instead always tried to keep my old one running the best they could. This last service call was the end of my system and the owner came himself to inform me that he thinks it might be time to replace old "Bessy".
