Dr. Diana Al-Khateeb, Dr. Nizar Hussein, and Dr. Monica Taylor are three of the most compassionate and dedicated medical staff that my wife and I have had the pleasure of knowing. They are attentive, provide sound medical advice, and show sincere interest in the health of their patients. The support staff, Kim, Jessica, and the others are always friendly and helpful. I highly recommend the Ridgeview Medical Center.
I have been coming to this practice for many years and have always been seen by NPs, who are always good. This is the first time I happened to meet Dr. Deana Alathkteeb. I love Dr. Al-khateeb she is a great doctor but the office staff are horrible especially Jessica. The main reason I am changing doctors. I am hoping that both doctors in that office do something about the staff.
I have gone to her for years and even recommended her to all my family and friends at one point but WOW now I regret it! Her bedside manner is now very poor! She has become Extremely defensive, insensitive and rude towards long time patients. She arrives late to appointment and then very quick to rush you and finish appointment.
