I would highly recommend Mike Amato, a service technician. He answered all of my questions fully. He is very knowledgeable. This was the first time he saw my units. One small issue was noted and we plan to keep an eye on it before taking further action. It was easy to get an appointment. I feel good knowing I had my units checked.

Highly recommend Al Kaplan heating and air conditioning. Our A.C. Stopped working. He drove an hour, diagnosed the problem and fixed our A.C. within an hour. Excellent service! Wonderful family owned business. They do it right. George G.

We have used Al Kaplan for our A/C and heaters since 2010. They have always been fair and honest and easy to get a hold of in an emergency situation. We have had 3 new A/C’s installed and 2 new heaters. They always perform great work and provide reliable maintenance follow up.
