Had a great buying experience at Al Hendrickson. It was fast, easy, and they had the perfect car for me. My salesman Luther McKenzie is awesome. He gave me great advice regarding which options and model are best for me. Luther McKenzie didn’t rush me and I didn’t feel any pressure. Today I had a positive experience with wonderful Al Hendrickson Toyota people Service Leader Mr. Emmanuel Dorsainvil and Service Advisor Mr. Angel Gaetan. I started the day with my vehicle problem at Toyota of Hollywood, but I had to leave since they said I had to wait 3 hours just to find out the problem. This has been my second experience at this location. Luther was my salesman and he helped me make an informed decision. I was nervous about leasing and he took his time explaining it to me. I even left to take a minute to decide. There Was no pressure to make a decision right then. Came back the next day and got my dream truck. Luther made it happen and got me everything I wanted. He went above and beyond for me. Ask for Luther!
Mr Jorge (sales) and Mr Santiago (services) are the best, costumer service, also after you buy. Shout out for them. Definitely very recommended you looking for those guys when you buy/maintenance your car.
