Wish I'd known they had free WiFi. Could've brought my laptop and taken care of business while waiting. Clean and comfy lounge with soda and snack machines, and free bagels and coffee. Nice.

I had a fine purchase experience on the new car side in Dec '11. Zeke Howes was very helpful and straightforward. Got the deal I came in for, no hassle. Now here for my first service, so far so good.
Awful experience. This was a total bait and switch. Waste of time, do not shop here unless you want to have to bring back your new car a week later because they changed the deal you signed.
