Service suffered slightly because they had large party in one of their rooms. It was nice and quiet despite being a busy sat night.
The food is DELICIOUS, and the staff is EXCELLENT.
My family and I absolutely love Al Fresco! Definitely a hidden gem in Newport News. My wife and 3 year old daughter come here all the time and always leave happy. We are greeted and treated like family as soon as we walk through the door. Ronaldo (the owner) is almost always present and makes the rounds speaking with the patrons. Food is good. Service was a little overwhelmed. The side room smelt horrible and mildew like. Carpet has no place in a restaurant dining room.
