The sales manager was amazing. He answered all my questions and even helped me with some cables I needed. He understood that my budget does not allow a custom installation and did not press me to have them install my subwoofer. This man understands customer service and I will definitely give them my business in the future. I reccomend Al & Ed's to anyone who needs professional installation with a side of professional service. P.
Tyler is amazing and helped me with my 15k build in my Tesla. He has an owner mentality and made suggestions anytime we ran into a challenge with the Tesla. Tyler went above and beyond and is the only reason I would come back for another system. He communicates well and treats this business like it’s his. He cares about the customers and it shows. He’s not looking for just a transaction he’s all about building relationships and is a great representation of what an awesome team member should look like.
I had an amazing experience here. Tyler, the sales manager, was incredibly great, polite, professional, and understanding. They did a fantastic job installing sound deadening on my floors, front two doors, and trunk. The team is very friendly and really looks out for military members. Here, you will pay for quality and get great quality results. (2021 Highlander Hybrid Platinum) Highly recommend them!
They lived up to there reviews, no question about it. Took my wife's car to Al & Ed's Autosound La Mesa to have the stereo system in her car upgraded. We met Tyler the Sales Mgr, awsome guy, he took care of everything and was understanding of what she wanted to see when they were done, and Tyler nailed it, the Technicians are friendly, and seemed to care about how things look. Just cant say enough, you wont be disappointed. Thanks Tyler, and the crew.
