Mashallah, on time with appointments. Nurses, + Workers there are ???? , And docs are really sweet and know what they doing.
A good Pediatrician but over the years his service is getting worse. Appointments are not respected. Matter of fact you might as well be a walk in. Overcrowded, noisy, indifferent, incompetent staff. I think Dr. Adnan need to reorganize his entire business.
Such a shame that I cannot rate 5 stars due to the fact that his staff is HORRIBLE! The ladies in the front desk never pick up the phone, I called many times for several days and nobody picks up. When someone finally picked up I asked why dont they ever answer their phone calls and they say “I don’t know”... that’s no way to talk to parents of their patients. Again he’s an amazing doctor, but he really needs to get new staff. I’m seriously reconsidering ever going back there again!
Amazing doctor
Great doc horrible staff, girls always tell you they do walk in's but when you go they tell you their booked even if your the first one there..ok well then let me make an appointment but their appointments are so far that by the time whatever illness your little has will be gone. the front desk girls really need to really work on their people skills. Again I will stress out the doctor is great, very knowledgeable and courteous unfortunately his staff lack those areas.
