I contacted Al-Can regarding one of my rental properties. I was concerned about potential water damage due to missing shingles following a severe thunderstorm. He responded within a few days, cleared the debris left by the storm, and installed new shingles that perfectly matched the existing ones. He provided me with before and after photographs.
