Greatful! I'm newly married and this is year two. Now, the air conditioner needs to be replaced in my husband's family home. My dad negotiated a deal. We are getting a whole new unit and financing. I know the work isn't done, but the men are here 8/17/26. I trust Al Britt. They are coming after a week without air conditioning.
I had a whole entire Trane AC unit installed by Al Britt with warranty and labor and parts in 2022. The guy I trusted left the team and now they are not servicing my installation covered under 5 years with them. I don't trust them anymore and I wouldn't use them ever in the future ever again. I got charged twice for a fee when they did nothing. Also they blamed me for the unit being dirty when they were the only ones servicing it the entire 4 years after. I had to call another AC company for advice on the entire unit.

Al recently replaced two 18 year old Carrier units with a 2.5 Ton and 4 Ton, 15. 2 SEER DAIKIN Heat & Air Systems, with UV Lights for air purification. Al was most competitive on price and Clay and his team arrived on-time and did an Excellent job. They protected my floors, very efficient, organized and completed the job ahead of schedule.
