I literally can't say enough good things about this service department. Eric and Johnny and the techs I have had the pleasure to work with are amazing, they are patient and listen and treat people with common human decency. They had my truck for about 10ish months helping me sort out an issue. The length of time is partially my fault for the fact I had just done timing and it drive great until it didn't. Had my truck in for a recall on going into limp mode I don’t think they ever fixed it but tried to sell me a second turbo for my f350 in 43000 miles and then tried to bill me 411.00 dollars on a recall I went to get the truck no one was there to cash me out I had to wait and hour and ten minutes for someone to handle the ticket before I could leave went to another dealership I did not need a new turbo a simple adjustment did the trick at no charge. I was traveling from VA to Fl and my vehicle broke down in SC due to a recall and this was the closest Ford dealership. My engine was replaced and I’m still having issues and they told me to call Ford in my area. I’ve had the car back for three weeks and the wrench light keeps coming on and off on the dash…car is hesitating to start now I have to make another service appointment locally but they can’t diagnose without the light on AND ford doesn’t have my receipts to reimburse me for out of pocket expenses during that time!
