Even during a heatwave they were able to get us service right away. Technician was great even taking care of some items that needed attention above and beyond! Nicole in the office was super friendly and took great care of us!
Our A/C died in the middle of a heatwave, and our house turned into a sauna without the spa vibes. Nicole at Al Beyer’s got us scheduled super fast. Total lifesaver. The real twist? When the tech showed up, he discovered our dog had chewed through a wire and peed on it. That’s right — our pup committed a full-blown HVAC felony. The tech didn’t even flinch. Highly Recommended!!!! Nicole the young lady was very Professional, Informative, Personal, Fun and easy to work with. Made an appt. on Friday for Tuesday. called me back and came the same day. Daniel The Service Tech was also just as polite and when he got there had my AC up and running in about 10 minutes. If you remember the days of the family owned business and are friendly .This is the place AL Beyer is my go to HVAC.
I had called and spoke to Nicole who was very nice. Told me a technician would arrive the same day. Then received a call back from Nancy. She was rather rude and basically told me to wait through the night as our A/C unit was not working. It was 81 in the house, I called her twice and told her I think something is off but she disregarded everything I said and turned down a potential client. What HVAC company denies a customer help. The customer is always right! I will no longer turn to them for help. (Cambridge Office).
