Have done business with AA and son for what seems like forever, and have no intention of ever switching. They are kind, professional and always there in an emergency--I could not ask for anything more.
On a cold, January evening, we came home from a trip and found out our heater had broken while we were gone. These guys came right over, spent a few hours tracking down a part, and fixed it. Incredible customer service and top notch work!
I bought a house that had oil based baseboard heating. The previous owners had a boiler maintenance contract with this company. As per the contract I have to buy oil from Al Armstrong. Beginning of January 2021, I spoke to a lady in this company and asked about the details of the contract and if it was transferable.
