They are very good on preparing your online orders and the delivery service is excellent and on time.

I would rate them 0 stars if possible. I ordered a book set from them 2/27. It is currently 3/9. No update no emails back not anything. HIGHLY UNPROFESSIONAL POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!! It says expect a 3-5 day delay due to Ramadan, no problem! It has been over 10 days and I haven't received any updates on shipping. I have emailed them over 3 times, I have called them 5 times (their sales rep goes straight to voicemail), I have also messaged them on their support chat 4 times!!!!!
