Assalulakoum, very disappointed as of now (will remove this review once I receive what I paid for)… I only received “part” of my order.. they didn’t send my leopard print hijab 🧕🏽 but they did send some of my items.. I also received the wrong color on one of the items I ordered.. after paying $20 for shipping just to not get everything I paid for… along with not receiving a call back or a response on there website. I received my orders quickly but were all wrong size and ver low quality. I sent back my orders in march and tracking number says the return reached the store and handed to someone 3/10/2025. Since then I have not received a reply on the payment return that’s supposed to be coming back to me, and every time I call I am sent to voicemail. I am not wanting to slander any of our Muslim brothers or sisters but this is not good and I see it’s also happening to others. Only bad thing is the long lines
I called and verified with the worked if I can return online order through mail. I mailed it back a month ago, my USPS tracking label said it arrived at store about month ago and no refund. Several voicemails, calling 3 times a day and no answer, no refund, no replacements. I live in Ohio 7 hours away I can't easily drive there. I wanted some new clothes after having baby and got 1 size too big. My husband won't let me have more money because the refund in limbo.
