They have good selection and turnaround time. But too many of my books come with wrinkles and blemishes. Mostly from poor packaging. It may seem nitpicky but if I dish out a couple hundered bucks for books I would like to recieve them in brand new condition. Not looking like they've been in someone's basement. I told them about it but no response. So i guess that's just how they roll. See samples below.
