Al was absolutely fantastic to work with! He identified an investment property for me in a condo building that permits short term rentals, he also helped me find suitable financing for it as well (which was challenging to do for a property of this kind). Al also went above and beyond by helping with renovations, design choices, and furnishing this condo home. His eye for detail and genuine care made all the difference. We hired Al to provide interior decorating services for our newly built condominium in New Orleans. After consulting with us and understanding our style, taste, and budget, Al developed a complete design for the entire unit. Al also purchased art work, decorative pieces and furniture. He also managed the contractors and ensured that the project was completed on schedule and on budget. Al is a great interior designer.
