We have used AKW for years to purchase electric exam tables, autoclaves, and other medical devices. They are super responsive and are available to quickly service any item needing repair, whether it was purchased through them or not. They will also bring a substitute to use if your device needs to be taken in for servicing. We very much appreciate their help keeping us working!

Our Midmark 11 autoclave had been giving us several error numbers, was "repaired" by Henry Schein a couple of times, paid a lot of money, and the autoclave was still malfunctioning. We decided to give AKW Medical a try and we are very satisfied with the service. During the repair they gave us a free loaner autoclave. Our repaired Midmark 11 is just working fine!

I'm a local veterinarian and have dealt with AKW for several years, back to when they were in their previous location. I have always been happy with their service and the fairness of their prices. Knowledgeable and helpful and gracious. What more is there??
