We hired AKVM to replace our old roof in 2018. We were very happy with the work they did. At the time, they used Owens Corning shingles. Recently we noticed that a lot of the granules on the shingles were coming off. There was a ten-year warranty through Owens Corning, AKVM helped us file a claim. Owens Corning issued a voucher for all the replacement shingles and sent us a check for labor. It didn't cost us anything. AKVM replaced all the shingles in just two and a half days.
