My appointment was verified 3 days before appointment. When I arrived at Leesburg facility a note was on door closed .No one called to cancel appointment. This appointment took a month to get. Very disappointed will not use them again . I have always had x rays at lake imagine never had an issue like this.

I was going to hold this review to see if the staff could rectify the situation, but they just made it worse. I am so dissatisfied with the service I received here it’s annoying. I’ve been very patient and understanding because I work in the medical field but this is ridiculous! I had my test done over two weeks ago, and my appointment was approaching for the results of this test. I called to request the report be uploaded to the portal so I can take a “sneak peek” and then requested the physical copy as well as the cd. Beca... read more
The personnel are nice but be prepared to wait a bit for your procedure. And I tried to call medical records a few days later to get the report and was put on hold for just under an hour. Finally spoke with someone who was very nice and helpful.
Great staff. Brody made getting an MRI as quick and painless as possible and they had the results to my doctor in the same day.
