Studio suddenly closed and I can't get a refund! I have contacted corporate. We will see. I had just purchased a 10 class pack for $185.
Extremely frustrating working with the owners Collin and Christy Wade to get a simple refund. They closed the studio for a rebranding and have yet to reopen back up or give me a refund for the package that I purchased that was cut short due to the rebranding. Now I’m having a hard time getting a response to an email or return phone calls. I’ve even reached out to corporate and no help there either, what kind of customer service is this? How can this place take peoples money and not respond or refund clients??
Canceled 8 months ago and I’m still being billed. No one will email or call me back and the studio is closed for “rebranding”.
I LOVE AKT!! Best work out that doesn’t feel like working out because it’s so much fun! I enjoy all the classes but I especially love the classes with Miranda : )
