Making an appointment is ridiculous. I had at least 2-3 appointments rescheduled “because the doctor wasn’t coming to the McDonough location on that day anymore”. These were appointments made well in advance. Finally got in for an appointment and waited 40 minutes PAST the scheduled appointment time for the doctor to even arrive to the office (literally saw him come in). I called the McDonough office to make an appointment. I was given an appointment alright, in Riverdale. I was not told that the appointment was in Riverdale. I learned that when questioning the receptionist. Presently unimpressed. More later. Five years later, I had the same problem. I made an appointment through the McDonough office, and it was scheduled in Riverdale. In addition, after confirming my benefits twice over the telephone, I drove all the way to Riverdale, 35 miles one way, only to find they don’t take my plan. ... read more

I received an appointment for my grandma quickly.. my grandma says he was wonderful and a true pleasure.. professional and very knowledgeable.. he was able to refer her asap for additional services and the office was beautiful
