I will never forget the way Dr. Jain told me that, after being in so much pain I had to crawl across the office floor, and having regular flashbacks for months after my IUD insertion, all that is totally normal! And IUD insertions are not painful! I hope she reads these personally and if you do, I hope you know that you are the reason I haven't seen a gyno since, I've never gotten a pap smear, and I sincerely wish you all the worst in this world
