Great doctor very empathetic and caring. He is willing to do work that normally is the responsibility of a nurse so to me that was very impressive though he really tried to bring relief to my arthritic back after a LIDOCAINE/CORTISONE injections under GENERAL anesthesia I DID NOT FIND ANY RELIEF THIS PROCEDURE YEARS AGO WOULD GIVE ME AT LEAST EIGHT MONTHS WORTH OF RELIEF WHERE I WILL FEEL LIKE I WAS 20 YEARS YOUNGER WITH ABSOLUTELY NO PAIN ALL THIS COMFORT TO MY BACK, WHICH USUALLY GETS MORE PAINFUL DURING THE WINTER MONTHS.
Dr. Bhatt is a wonderful doctor. He's so kind, thoughtful and patient. He really listens to me. I never feel like he is rushing when I have an appointment. He's fully present and truly seems to care. He has always responded quickly and thoughtfully to any questions I sent him via My Chart.

I absolutely love NYU with the exception of this practice. The wait times for procedures are unacceptable as i suspect the scheduling staff dropped the ball. Also, there is nothing to ease your discomfort during very painful procedures. You’re expected to just grin and bare it. No thanks, I’m not a fan of brutality. I’ll be taking my very expensive business elsewhere.
