Our three kids originally became patients of theirs in 2021 and we were fairly pleased with their level of care for the most part and felt things were fair in charges and what not. We hadn’t scheduled any appointments with them in 2022 and at some point during that time period, they stopped taking our insurance. The staff and medical care team are so kind, patient, and detail oriented. My autistic kiddo used to get so nervous at the doctor and now he asks to see Dr. Shah all the time and does so well with the whole team. They really take the time to make him feel comfortable and to get to know my child. I highly recommend this practice if you have a neurodivergent child!
I have three children under three years old and I can honestly say that you guys have been an amazing resource to my family! Each of my children have had health issues at different times and you guys have gone above and beyond to make sure we understand what’s going on and provide anything that we need. I also love how you make time for us if we need an emergency appointment.
So I’m new here from South Carolina and I have a newborn baby and was looking for a good pediatrician to take my child to and my sister in law recommended this place… well I called and asked for an appointment, but they wouldn’t take her because our insurance cause it was from another state so I asked if I could pay out of pocket and they still wouldn’t take her but said they would call me back and never did so. This is the worse thing I have ever experienced in my life!! And I hope to find some place better
