Don’t do it! This place was nice in 1980 but not anymore. Nothing has been updated. Pool was run down also. Ick!
No hot water or heat in January and no love from them or Expedia on making it right.
Super friendly staff. Helpful with our bags, extra towels, friendly at the desk and big smiles in the halls. Gorgeous atrium. Okay size pool. Room was meh. Spacious sitting/tv room. Smallish bathroom. Two modern TV's. Not a pullout couch.
It's sad & a shame what this company, Wyndham, & it's employees has done to this building. I visited solo, July 2009, when Hilton owned it: the Doubletree hotel. It was gorgeous then & it felt ALIVE & CLEAN! I desperately tried to make resv to return in 2019 to take my partner here so they could experience it in all it's glory! I found it by asking the locals - couldn't find the "tree hotel" in Omaha on the web.
