Paid $60 to for a gel pedicure and this is the nail trim I received. Usually the pedicure is $55 so she also upcharged me… for this. Not only is it ugly, but the big toe is going to grow out and become an ingrown toenail. I’m very upset because I’ve delt with ingrowns in the past when someone has done this to my toenails. I went to Aksarben Nails on August 17, 2025. I got a manicured by An: acrylic, almond shaped nails, color 115. They were not the best looking acrylic nails but I understood the nail tech was in a rush. (See the picture attachment for reference) On August 20, 2025, one of my nails came off completely and had five other nails at the verge of falling off as well. Ann did a phenomenal job! I'm taking off for Daytona Bike Week. Wanted a biker manicure. I showed Ann a couple of clip art images of skulls and she drew her own interpretation on my nails. She "nailed" it! Pun intended. I was just impressed she was brave enough to just try! Thank you, Ann! I won't be seeing any other artist for my manicures!

I normally just get a pedicure when I come in. Today I decided that I wanted to get my nails done as well. I’m going to Disney for my birthday so I wanted Disney themed. I found what I wanted while getting my pedicure. I showed her the picture and she said she could do it. She suggested shellac, for my nails. This is the first time I’ve had nails in over 20 years. I am a high level quadriplegic and I use a power wheelchair. My first walk-in was okay I had to wait for an available Workstation. the salon is very cramped. My first manicure was with blue. She was excellent. However the salon is very cramped and hard to maneuver. However my second time was a disaster.I made a reservation and shut up with a friend we ordered mimosas and that was okay.
