Did not show up on date they said. Contacted them the next day by text but no reply so went elsewhere

Assigned by American Home Shield. Going on almost 7 months now without our refrigerator repaired. Tech looked at fridge for 5 minutes each time and would just throw parts at it. Now we cannot get a return call, pretty sure he may no longer be in business.
Made an appointment and the repair man never showed up to the house. I do not recommend this company.
