Took my niece there last Saturday. I had called a week beforehand and they told me I had to make an appointment and that they don't take walk ins. So we made an appointment. Saturday came and we showed up on time. They had one piercer and he had one girl in his room for over 30 minutes. She had already been in there when we got there (around 1:30) and didn't come out until after 2. Mind you..we had an appointment for 1:30.
