Front desk girl when you walk in extremely rude tries to be in your personal business if your not there and it takes everything within your soul to not tell her about herself I stopped mid treatment ‘ I’m never going back in pain still & I don’t care. I have never tolerated disrespect!!!!
He's obviously here just to make money. Went in after herniated discs and a fractured neck. Told him something's wrong but he just kept twisting until I finally got an MRI to confirm what I knew....then he stopped doing certain neck "adjustments" lmao what a clown. Receptionist will violate HIPAA and talk openly about other patients

the front desk receptionist should never work in a field with people she is extremely rude and gets an attitude when you ask questions about YOUR CASE. There have been multiple times I have heard Crystal discussing clients business and speaking badly about them which is a HIPPA violation. The doctor wasn’t there for 25 percent of our visits so we essentially came for stretches we could have done at home. Incredibly rude! The people there expect you to follow their schedule to a t and if not they will put you down and belittle you. They expect you to not have a life outside of them. Because they will kick you out if you can’t do their schedule. They also don’t care if you have memory issues caused from a car accident that someone else caused and will basically bully you for not remembering something they said.
