the front desk receptionist should never work in a field with people she is extremely rude and gets an attitude when you ask questions about YOUR CASE. There have been multiple times I have heard Crystal discussing clients business and speaking badly about them which is a HIPPA violation. The doctor wasn’t there for 25 percent of our visits so we essentially came for stretches we could have done at home. Incredibly rude! The people there expect you to follow their schedule to a t and if not they will put you down and belittle you. They expect you to not have a life outside of them. Because they will kick you out if you can’t do their schedule. They also don’t care if you have memory issues caused from a car accident that someone else caused and will basically bully you for not remembering something they said. The Dr that I usually see is the worst one. I don’t believe he should be a Dr. He has little care for anyone’s feelin... read more
