The dentist and hygienist were nice, but the office staff is the absolute WORST!! I cancelled my son's appointment in July so that he could go to the zoo with his daycare. Ebony, who answers the phone, made it clear that I was making a bad decision doing that. She doesn't know that I'm a single mom of 3 boys and cant' afford to take them to the zoo very often.
