I just wanted to let these guys know how much I appreciated their help identifying the cause of a roof leak at our home. They responded to my email promptly, got me scheduled in the same week, and texted with me the day before their arrival to ensure they were still good to come out. They were up on my roof a minute after they arrived, took photos for me, pinned down the trouble and did a thorough job explaining the cause of my leak.
