Before moving into the 942 Marion Pl Akron, I informed them that there was a significant German cockroach infestation. Although the house was sprayed prior to my move-in date, the treatment did not resolve the problem. They wrongfully evicted my family and I in January of 2019 and stole all our belongings they lied and said we never gave them security. We gave the security to their drug addicted son. Their son said that his parents told us to give him the security deposit. We did not know he was a addict at that time. They was too cheap to fix up anything, it got so bad we had to call the health inspector. When the inspecter completed the inspection, she gave Akron rentals a good report.
