Your lab and radiology receptionists have chips on their shoulders and are obviously in the wrong profession. If they don't want to be around sick people, don't work in a hospital or the Healthcare field. Treating people who ate sick liker they have the plague its uncalled for, that's why we are there!! Furthermore, don't give patients attitude or roll your eyes when they are just trying to get orders taken care of. You're supposed to be there to help patients, not agitate them more.
