My apartment was 90+ degrees and they refused to fix it, constantly dealing with brown water, fuses kept blowing and they refused to fix it, after I left because they broke the lease on THEIR end by my apartment being literally a safety and health hazard, they tried to sue me for leaving even though I had proper evidence, a doctor's note saying living in these conditions makes my health worse, they still took me to court.
