I have nothing but great things to say about Dr. Aldrich and her staff. I took my daughter (10) there. They were amazing with her. Kim was FANTASTIC and made her feel very comfortable. She had a great experience and can't wait to go back in 6 months. LOL Hey, anything to not be scared to go. I will be switching myself and going here, as well. I have already referred a couple of folks.

Rude staff and poor service. Had to wait a full week for Dr. Aldrich to address an extremely painful emergency root canal situation. Called in and left a couple messages explaining the situation hoping to get an appointment as soon as possible. When my wife showed up for the appointment, she and was told, quote, "that it isn't cool to have your husband call in to b**ch and complain", and that they are short staffed and busy. New patients BEWARE. Back in January I was in search of a new dentist after reading reviews and searching the area I landed on “Akron Dental Concepts”. I called to schedule my first appointment and they said they were 3 months out. No big deal most appointments that you make medical or dental are, so I took the first available and was scheduled to go in March.
