Friendly staff and very clean
I’d like to leave feedback specifically on an RN named “Laura B” from Boston heights. My 6yo son was seen there on Monday. They said he had Adenovirus. Clearly not what he had. We followed up on Wednesday via MyChart as new symptoms or existing symptoms got worse. Sent photos and were given a diagnosis of Hand foot and mouth. Which again was not the case. No rash on feet, hands, or face. Etc. then were given a suggestion of an over the counter medicine. Well obviously no one reviewed my son’s VERY extensive medical chart or ... read more
We love all the doctors there. The staff are also nice. The nurse will call back promptly if she is not available when you call. They are open on Saturday mornings too. Waiting time depends which doctor you see.
