I’d like to leave feedback specifically on an RN named “Laura B” from Boston heights. My 6yo son was seen there on Monday. They said he had Adenovirus. Clearly not what he had. We followed up on Wednesday via MyChart as new symptoms or existing symptoms got worse. Sent photos and were given a diagnosis of Hand foot and mouth. Which again was not the case. We love all the doctors there. The staff are also nice. The nurse will call back promptly if she is not available when you call. They are open on Saturday mornings too. Waiting time depends which doctor you see.
We had an awful experience here. The Doctor was rushed and tried to be in and out until I literally stopped her and made her pay attention. We will not be returning to this practice.
We love this facility! The people are great, hardly any waiting, and very clean! The doctors made my sons very comfortable. I would highly recommend them!
