So sad. Took my 4 yo in Fri night to have an xray, she has a broken clavicle. They gave me a referral to the Youngstown site and called on Mon even after no hours were on the recording or the website and couldn't get her in until Tue or Wed. Found an orthopedic that could get her in on Mon so called Childrens and was told her Akron Childrens pediatrician could not give the referral and that I would have to go to Boardman to get cd of films. Would give 0 stars if I could. Came at 8pm with my two year old who has broken out with a rash on his face. I was told they’re no longer accepting patients for the night because they’re backed up, but were allowing other patients back. They told me I could go to Boardman to get him checked out, this place is a joke!!

They are so slow! If your child is in need of seeing a doctor urgently Do not take them here! The doctor only sees one patient at a time from beginning to end. We observed her sitting behind the desk watching her phone while all the rooms were filled and people had been waiting over an hour! When we came in the front desk said we can’t register you right now. We’re on hold so the doctor can catch up with the ones here. Really looked liked she was hustling sitting behind the desk surfing her phone and only waiting on one room... read more

I had a suspicion my 10 month old had the beginnings of pink eye due to a watery eye and yellow discharge. We showed up a little after 4:00 on Saturday and we were in and out within 20-30 minutes. I was afraid we were going to spend hours in the waiting room to be seen. Granted, there wasn’t a single car in the parking lot, but the staff were friendly and timely. I was very impressed and pleased with the service and care we received.
