Emily as well as the rest of the team is so amazing. Very caring, loving, and kind place here. This is my #1 choice for pediatrics.
Why don't yall ever answer the phone?! I get that there is an appointment center. Everything is all good as far as that, but when they transfer you to the location that you are trying to reach, they never answer the phone. It's very frustrating

My son, who is an established patient, cut his eyelid open this morning. I should have just gone to an emergency room in the first place but I listened to an urgent care doctor that told me to follow up with his pediatrician for them to get me into plastics asap. After being on the phone off and on for an hour with no real answers or advice on our next move I show up to this office emotional, and pregnant, with my toddler on my hip asking them to please see my son and advocate for him.
