The girls at the front desk are always so mean. For no reason. I also had an issue with one of them checking me out one day telling me which vaccines I still need to get that her doctor already know about, and talking about it out loud in front of other people, talk about a violation. The last thing a parent wants to do is have to take their kid to the doctor and when you have people that are rude to you for no reason when you have stuff going on in your own life, It makes you never wanna go to that doctors office again
Horrible customer service. Simply asking a billing question and the best help you can get is. Call billing. Zero help with full attitude. Thanks for saving me money in the future. We will never be back.
This office has been great and has gotten my daughter in same day 2-3x with various issues
We go her regularly and honestly I don’t have a bad thing to say about the staff. Everyone is so nice and accommodating and the other week when our little one was sick they stayed open later on a Saturday so they could see her and get her in last minute. What an excellent group of people and I’m so happy it’s close to us as well.
