Wait times are ridiculous. My child cannot get an appointment for a sick visit - they always tell you go to urgent care. Family members have the same experience with sick visits. What child wants to see a stranger when they are already not feeling well?! The lack of continuity of care is so disappointing.
My son sees Dr. Senk and has been since he was 2 months old. She’s a very great doctor and actually listens to your concerns !! My son will only cooperate with her or the nurse practitioner Robin! Highly recommend both of them.

I called 2 days ago to schedule an appointment for my 11 month old who was running a high fever. I was told there were no appointments available. I took my baby to urgent care and she is still the same. I called back this morning to see if they can get her in today and I have been on hold for 15 minutes. Staff has always been super friendly, however, why is it always so booked up that we can never get in for a same day sick visit?
Ive been coming to this office since my almost 8 year old was born. They now see both of my boys and ive never had a bad experience. Ive always been able to get in the same day for sick appointments, Ive never experienced long waits and am always pleased with the services.
