So….. at this point have waited 45 minutes to see the doctor. No sense of urgency from doctor or staff. Anyone have a recommendation for a pediatrician in the north canton area?
Staff is great
We have always used a CHPA office for both of my children. I was pleasantly surprised with how mich we loved this office. We will be moving to this one for all future visits.
I’ve only ever had great things to say about ACHP in general. The front staff of the North Canton branch is always hit or miss on friendliness. The back staff (nurses and assistants, all providers) are so compassionate and caring. I always feel my concerns are heard and the responses are always professional, warm and welcoming. The phone nurses, on the other hand, I’ve only ever had bad experiences with: they always seem quick to answer and ASSUME my questions are from a place of negligence.
