I took my daughter here to get contacts it took over 2 months to get an appt. & 3 more appointments after that. It took one month almost to get her trial contacts. And we had to go back 2 more times to before they would even release the prescription to us. All while they were telling me that my insurance would pay for the script. When I went to fill it my insurance infact would not pay for it. But instead my insurance paid for the exam which was not what I was told.
