We called to schedule an evaluation for dyslexia, and after waiting 6 months for our appointment, we learned that it's over 3 years on the waitlist for this service. They told us the "scheduling department" doesn't know the waitlist times. Very disappointed. Dr Katrina Hermetet is the director of the department. If I were her, I would make the scheduling department aware of such a long wait times.

Very disappointed in our experience. Didn’t feel our concerns were listened to at all and I wish the doctors would take the time to educate themselves bc being told it’s “hard to diagnose girls with asd” is frustrating as a parent whose tried so hard to advocate for my child and being told repeatedly she’s going to “grow out of it” its honestly just not acceptable.

What an absolute joke. Would give this 0 stars if I could. My son was a patient a few years back. Called in last fall to have him reevaluated. Was told I had to wait 6 months for an appointment. We waited the 6 months for a video appointment. Was on the video not even 5 minutes and was told we would have to wait 2 years on a waiting list to be re evaluated. Why did I have to wait 6 months for that. Absolutely ridiculous. Definitely not helping out children that way. So unbelievably dissatisfied and disappointed.
