I strongly recommended going with any other agency available to you if at all possible, apon bringing my little one home from the NICU we were given the choice to use a couple different home health agency's to moniter her weight gain based on the AMAZING care we received @ Akron Children's Hosp. I never even doubted my decision to chose to continue using there services, this was by far one of the Biggest mistakes I've made..
