Extremely unorganized. Placed on hold multiple times for up to 10 minutes only to be disconnected IF they answer the phone at all.The receptionists take messages and then no one will return your call to schedule appointments. Almost impossible to get my son in when he is sick, we have better luck with after hours clinics. Never given any directions with medication. I have given this office a year of failures and will not bring my son back ever again.
Dr. Akrawi is a WONDERFUL pediatrician. We were so fortunate to have been referred to him by our dentist. I fell in love with him the moment he came to the hospital and held my first born. Warm, friendly, proactive and thorough-and our kids LOVE him. We would HIGHLY recommend him to anyone.
DR. AKRAWI is an amazing DR , HE knows each and every single one of my boys , and our whole family I feel that I can call him any time day or night . JUST amazing and he cares so much about every ones child always so happy . I am truely BLESSED to have DR . AKRAWI as our kids DR . I am not sure what im going to so when they turn 18 ...
Dr. Akrawi is a fantastic dr. You can tell this Dr. loves what he does. I am a first time mom with a newborn. He answered all my questions, even the ones I thought were silly. He explains things very well and really talks/plays with your child. WE LOVED HIM!!! The front desk girls were very good as well. A great experience all around. :) Grand Blanc, New mom
My wifes obstetrician referred us to Dr. Akrawi; he treats her children as well, which we viewed as a pretty strong endorsement. We could not be any happier--Dr. Akrawi was excellent with our son from the moment he saw him in the hospital, and we would gladly recommend him to anyone looking for a pediatrician.
Dr.Akrawi is fantastic! He is caring, knowledgable and always has your childs best interest as a priority.He makes you feel like your child is his only patient and your child will love him too.I feel like he cares for my children the same as he would his own.
My wife and I have three kids, ages 6,4,& 2. My mother is a doctor. I am an engineer, and I love my kids enormously. Imagine how picky and annoying engineers are normally- now factor in Daddy love, and the fact that I think I know a heck of a lot about medicine growing up with a physician mother, and working in her office for 7 years while I was in high-school and college. Excellent with the kids and makes the parents feel comfortable.
My daughter was frightened of her last pediatrician. We went to Dr. Akrawi and she loves him. He has a special way with children that allows them to immediately feel comfortable with him.
