Just as Spring came and the grass was getting longer, I had repeatedly try to contact Alex, the owner, who didn't call but instead cowardly texted to inform me that he would not be coming back after our HOA had just hired him that previous fall. So he broke his contract he didn't do any of the prep work to our grass for Spring; Little to NO COMMUNICATION!!!
