This place has my absolute trust and heart. The staff is amazing!! My two sons have made incredible progress with the help of this ABA service. Definitely recommend :)
Through staffing issues and lack of communication, Akoya has dropped the ball. While some staff shortages are unavoidable, it seems that the priority is for available staff to evaluate new clients instead of servicing existing ones. I first started working with Akoya in September when I decided they were they best fit for my son. He was evaluated and we had his plan ready to go in October. These people don't care about the children all they care about is the funding I recommend parents to look elsewhere where very horrible experience.
