It was a easy and quick process finding a place in the city thanks to Akos. Loving my condo - it has everything I need and want. Akos was super helpful on point with everything from start to finish. Definitely recommend working with this guy if you’re every looking to buy or sell.
As a first time, home buyer things seemed daunting at first, but Akos really made things smooth and simple. I sent him a list of properties he promptly responded with a schedule to view them. He had the patience to take me around to a couple of dozen places before I found the right one and he was able to negotiate with the seller when other offers were coming in to secure the property for me. A great guy with a vast knowledge of Chicago's market. I'd highly recommend him and his team!
