My daughter and I visited Akoi on June 26, 2026, to get our nails done. It’s only been five days, and the gems are falling off already and our nails chipping off. I reached out to them on Instagram and informed them that we could come on Wednesday morning. However, unforeseen circumstances prevented me from making it this morning. Came to akoi nails for years and was first serviced by David and then Rachel. Recently in may I got my nails done and a pedicure to which I left with all of my toes crooked and horribly painted. I didnt really care because the person that serviced me was an older woman so i tipped and went about my day. 3 days into my manicure, they all chipped and stones all fell off my nails.
